In November 2025, Teravalis celebrated the grand opening of its inaugural village, Floreo, and welcomed the community’s first residents.

Spanning approximately 3,000 acres, Floreo marks the first phase of a next-generation community planned to deliver up to 8,500 homes, 7 million square feet of commercial development, and more than 600 acres of dedicated open space.
