Color Palette

Our core color palette consists of eight hues: White, Off-White, Concrete, Mist, Sky, Community Blue, Stone, and Graphite.

Eight color swatches are shown with details for each: name, CMYK, RGB, HEX, and PMS codes. Colors include blues, whites, and grays, labeled from White to Graphite.

Typography

Our typographic ecosystem consists of two primary typefaces: Georgia Pro (display and headlines) and RM Neue (body copy/details).

When there are program limitations for typeface use, such as system applications or Microsoft Office, use the alternates Georgia (display and headlines) and Aptos (body copy/details).

Brand References

Use the below guidelines when writing about Howard Hughes Communities as an organization.

  • Always use Howard Hughes Communities™ on first reference and include the trademark symbol (™) where appropriate. Continue using Howard Hughes Communities throughout the document whenever possible, including in headlines, subheads, and spokesperson titles.
    • Maintain consistent use of the full company name to ensure clarity and to distinguish it from Howard Hughes Holdings.
  • Do not shorten the company name to Howard Hughes. Do not use Howard Hughes®, HH Communities, Hughes Communities, or any other abbreviation or variation.
  • In rare cases where space constraints make repeated use of the full name impractical, an abbreviated reference may be used only after Howard Hughes Communities has been clearly established. In these instances, “the Company” is preferred.
    • “HHC” may only be used when absolutely necessary due to character limits or formatting constraints and should not be treated as a standard external reference.

    • Teravalis in the Phoenix West Valley
