Stern Architects reaches its full height. The first stand-alone Ritz-Carlton Residences in Texas—situated on the last available large-scale residential site on Lake Woodlands, 27 miles north of Downtown Houston—has experienced record-breaking demand, with its superior amenities and lifestyle offerings setting a new standard for luxury living in the state.
